We hope you are happy with everything you buy. However, if anything does not meet your needs or expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange.


If you receive a defective or damaged item, please let us know, and we will replace it as soon as possible.

RETURNS

  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  • The shipping charge is not refundable once the order has been shipped.
  • You may be responsible for the return shipping if the return is not due to Product Damage, Shipping Issue, or Defect.
  • If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
  • Final sale and Clearance items can not be returned without a product defect. Please contact our support directly for product defect issues.

 

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the original style/product at the same price.
  • If you wish to exchange your items for an alternate style or product, we suggest that you return the original items for a refund and place a new order.
  • All exchanges are based on stock availability. A refund will be issued if it's unavailable when we receive the returns.
